The hotel offered comfortable rooms with a mini kitchen and shared laundry facilities, but it wasn't ideal for a long stay. The service was friendly and helpful, although some more guidance for first-time visitors would have been appreciated. The location was convenient, just a short walk from Port Douglas shops, the marina, and Four Mile Beach. Dining options were available, but not extensive. Overall, a nice stay with some minor drawbacks but great value for the location.

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Macrossan St with all the restaurants and shops. The rooms were really nice and had everything we needed, although they felt a bit claustrophobic being smaller than expected. The service was excellent with helpful and cheerful staff. The location is perfect, quiet yet close to the marina, beach, and town center. The dining options were satisfactory but could have been better. The facilities were convenient and well-maintained.
